Quỹ Fulbright Vietnam vừa công bố chương trình Fulbright New Century Scholars Program (NCS) cho năm 2009. 

 Mục tiêu của đợt lựa chọn này là "The University as Innovation Driver and Knowledge Center." Xin xem thông tin trên trang web của Fulbright  để biết thêm chi tiết.
