EEPSEA is pleased to announce a call for concept proposals for the May 2011 competition.

Concept proposals should be sent in MS Word format using the form below via email attachment to eepsea@idrc.org.sg. The file name for the attachment should be in the following format: LastName Submission Date (e.g. Wong 1June2010). Proposals should be received on or before November 1, 2010, Singapore Standard Time. The guidelines set out in the concept proposal form must be followed strictly.
